Your questions. Answered.
Not sure how to get started? These answers cover referrals, rebates, and how to book your first appointment.
Didn’t find your answer? Send us a message, we’ll respond with care and clarity.
You can contact Lyt Health directly for a privately funded appointment. To claim a Medicare rebate, you need an eligible referral in place before your session. This is usually a referral from your usual GP or MyMedicare practice under a Mental Health Treatment Plan. Direct referrals from a psychiatrist or paediatrician may also qualify. Ask our team which documents to provide when booking.
