We start by listening — really listening — to understand your needs and pace. From there, we shape a path that’s realistic, sustainable, and tailored to you. Every session is a safe space to explore, reflect, and grow without judgment.

Support for recovery and return to life
Support for recovery and return to life
Sessions focus on psychological wellbeing, sustainable coping and the gradual rebuilding of confidence after injury or accident. An injury can affect much more than physical health, including sleep, mood, relationships, work and your sense of independence. Support starts with understanding how these changes are affecting you.
Psychological therapy may help with distress, anxiety, adjustment and the emotional impact of pain or changes in ability. Depending on your needs, sessions can explore coping strategies, everyday routines and realistic goals for reconnecting with activities that matter to you. Recovery is approached at a pace that considers your circumstances and treating team’s advice.

Where appropriate and with the necessary consent, care may involve communication with your GP, insurer or other treating professionals. The aim is to support coordinated treatment and practical recovery goals, including a sustainable return to everyday activities and work where suitable.
WorkCover and CTP appointments in NSW depend on the relevant scheme, claim arrangements and any required approvals. You can contact Lyt Health directly for a privately funded appointment. To claim a Medicare rebate, you need an eligible referral in place before your session. This is usually a referral from your usual GP or MyMedicare practice under a Mental Health Treatment Plan. Direct referrals from a psychiatrist or paediatrician may also qualify. Ask our team which documents to provide when booking.
