- Has big emotions and wants to stay grounded
- Needs support through tough moments
- Wants tools to manage intense feelings safely
- Struggles to cope when life feels too much
- Looking for steady, practical ways to handle emotions
Using DBT-based strategies, we'll focus on tolerating emotional pain, interrupting unhelpful patterns, and building your emotional first aid kit.
In this workshop, you'll have the chance to:
- Understand what emotional distress looks and feels like
- See emotional pain as a signal, not something to fear
- Track emotions early with tools like the Distress Thermometer
- Build strategies to stay
