
Briana is a Registered Psychologist who values creating a warm, safe, and collaborative space for her clients. She takes a calm and empathetic approach to therapy, working closely with individuals to explore their experiences and develop practical strategies for meaningful change.
Adding a polyvagal perspective, she is particularly passionate about helping clients restore states of nervous system dysregulation due to chronic stress, illness, anxiety and attachment trauma, to build capacity for emotion regulation and create pathways towards a sense of safety and connection.
Drawing on her experience working with in-patients in acute mental health care and complex psycho-social presentations she is committed to supporting clients to better understand themselves, build emotional resilience, and live in alignment with their values.
